Matcha Latte Lovers

If your gut and coffee don’t get along, then matcha may be your match made in heaven 😉

High in antioxidants

Less caffeinated

Tastes weird at first, but you get used to it – (its a mild version of green tea)

Can add to many recipes

Good alternative for another ‘pick me up’ beverageD

Ingredients:
2 cups milk of choice (I used coconut milk)
1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 Tbsp coconut oil or grass fed ghee
1 scoop grass fed gelatin (I used NutraOrganics)
1 tsp pure honey or sweetener of choice

Directions:

  1. Using a nutribullet or blender, add 2 cups of your milk of choice
  2. If you want a chilled version add matcha, coconut oil, gelatin, sweetener and ice cube and blend together
  3. If you want a warmer version, heat milk in a sauce pan or microwave first then pour into          blender and add the rest of the ingredients, excluding the ice cube
